Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until everything is well combined.
3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the unbaked pie crust, spreading it evenly across the surface.
4. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 45-50 minutes, or until the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.
